Non-electrical vending machine

There are many kinds of Vending machines in Japan, although most of them are for beverages. Usually, these are electrical equipments. But there are many non-electrical Vending machines. We call them “GACHA-GACHA” or “GACHA-PON”.
These are to sell small toys, which are packed in capsules. Basically these are for kids but these are recently popular with adults, too.
You can see them everywhere-at supermarkets, convenience stores, stations and so on. The toy’s price is usually 200 or 300 yen- insert coins and turn the handle, then one capsule comes out.
Isn’t it good as a souvenir?

There are many ones for selling toys of anime character.
